Mr. Juan A. is 54 years old and is a baker, a profession which he learned more than fifteen years ago. His family consists of his wife, Alba Jorjelina Irala de A., 37 years old, and two sons: 14 and 20. Each member of the family takes part in the small business.
Juan started with only a small amount of capital. Thanks to his efforts, he currently has all of the elements for his day to day work. He makes many different types of bread, as well as cookies and pastries among other things.
Juan applied for a loan with the Foundation to buy a dough-rolling machine, as his current one is completely obsolete. The new machine will help him improve the quality of his products so that he will then to be able to satisfy his clients.
