El Señor Joel López tiene 46 años de edad, habitante del barrio Memorial Sandino de la ciudad de Managua, casado, su esposa es ama de casa, tiene dos hijos ambos estudiando. Como todos padres preocupados por la seguridad de sus hijos la culminación de construir su vivienda es una prioridad.Don Joel trabaja como guardia de seguridad en una empresa privada del país, siendo un trabajo muy estresante y de alto riesgo. Pero es un recurso económico que le genera el ingreso para sustentar a su familial los planes a corto plazo es seguir con la construcción de su vivienda y con el préstamo que solicita, es para comprar materiales de construcción como: cemento, hierro, perlines y bloques para seguir con su proyecto. Agradecido con Afodenic por el apoyo y la confianza con que le ha otorgado los préstamos este es su onceavo ciclo y se siente contento por los beneficios ya que gracias a los créditos va poder tener una casa digna la cual es un anhelo para su familia ya que su casa es insegura y ya esta en malas condiciones.
