La señora Rosa Elena, pertenece al Banco Comunal “El Abiseo”, vive en el Jr. Soplin Vargas Nº 260, Distrito de Juanjui, Provincia Mariscal Cáceres Departamento de San Martín. Es casada, tiene 42 años y es madre de 02 hijos estudiantes que aun dependen de ella.
