Heang S., 49, is married and lives with four of her children. She sells vegetables, groceries and porridge in the Prey Veng province, typically making US$5 each day, and is supported by her husband who works as construction worker. Heang would like to take out a loan to expand her grocery’s inventory to meet her clients’ demand.
