El señor Eleuterio tiene 35 años de edad y esta domiciliado en la compañía de Calle Ybate de la Ciudad de Itá. Esta acompañado de la señora Bernardina de 30 años de edad, con quien tiene dos hijos, Daniel (12) que cursa actualmente el sexto grado de la Educación Básica y Leticia, de 5 años que va al pre-escolar.

De profesión mecánico, hace más de 12 años, donde día a día trabaja con el objetivo de mejorar la calidad de vida de su familia ya que no le ha sido fácil mantener a sus hijos ya que proviene de una familia humilde y a vez ayuda a sus padres. Ha decidido confiar en la Fundación Paraguaya para la compra de herramientas como: una pulidora, taladro y una soldadora eléctrica, de manera a poder mejorar su trabajo y consecuentemente sus ingresos.
