Ms. Francisca V. is a 50-year-old widow with a grown-up son with whom she works. She owns a field on which she grows different types of plants—both ornamental and seasonal—which she then sells at the Itaugua Municipal Market. She also sells the plants door-to-door alongside her son on a horse-drawn cart. Additionally, she and her son provide gardening services for private homes. This loan will help her purchase seeds for plants that are in season because they tend to run out quickly.

Ms. V. wishes to be able to obtain a fixed stand in the Itaugua Market so that she can set up a permanent garden center.
