H. Seng, 23 years old, is self-employed as a photographer and lives with his wife in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He typically makes around $5/day from the business. Seng H. hopes the loan will assist him in the purchase of a camera and film for his new photography shop. He hopes to use the money he makes in his new shop to send his children to university.
