Faress
Faress is a 47-year-old man who lives in Saida, southern Lebanon with his wife and their 11 children. Faress has been selling fruits and vegetables since 1995. He requested a loan of 1000 US dollars from Al Majmoua, Kiva's partner, in order to purchase merchandise for his work. Faress has been a microcredit client for five years now and has always paid on time.


His previous loan helped him improve his work. His clients can be anybody. When he first started, he didn’t face difficulty. Faress decided on doing his work because he wants to improve his family’s income. In the future, he plans on improving his business.
