Lydia O. M., 45, is an active member of PAGLAUM MPC-Ozamiz. A micro-entrepreneur, currently engaged in dealing relief goods locally known as “ukay-okay,” she has seven children and is a sole bread winner to her family. Lydia separated from her husband a year ago.

Lydia started her business in 1999 with only P1,800.00. Now her business grows bigger and she has her own stall to display her relief goods, at Agora public market, in the City of Ozamiz.

Now Lydia is applying for a loan of PHP 5,000.00 for additional capital. She is doubling her effort so she can give her children a better future. She also plans to expand her business. Lydia is thankful to PAGLAUM MPC for the savings habit she learned and for the insurance and other benefits she enjoys.
