A loan helped to buy sacks of natural fertilizer.

Valeriana's story

Valeriana, 52, is a sweet woman. She lives with Lino, her husband of 33 years. They have 3 children together, but only the youngest, Elmer, lives in their home with them in Hualahoyo. Thanks to an inheritance from her father, who had hectares of farmland, she was able to take care of her children with the harvest. Her main crops are corn, potatoes and alfalfa, which she takes good care of. During harvest time she sells them in the market in Huancayo. She has been doing this for 15 years, and was able to buy a car that she uses for public transport on the route from Hualahoyo to La Punta, which gives her additional income. She has a salaried driver who works for her. Now she wants to open up a hardware store because she wants a stable income as she gets older. She knows that she will be able to do it with help from her husband, who works in a mine.

She belongs to the group "Hualahoyo al progreso" and this is her 11th credit with MFP. She hopes that your support will help her realize her plans. On her part, she promises to make her payments, as with previous loans. She is grateful to be part of the association because all of the members are responsible and united. Valeriana will use her loan to buy natural fertilizers for her corn crop.
