Mrs. Sros Khun

Entrepreneur: Sros Khun
Location: Popeal Khaer Village, Cambodia
Amount Repaid: $400.00 of $400.00

Hello Kiva Lenders,

Earlier this month, Mr. Ngon Leomsrun who is an AMK’s client officer visited Popeal Khaer village in Kandal province to get an update on Mrs. Sros Khun.

Mrs. Sros Khun works very hard in the local market to support the family. She is working in a garment factory and she is also a farmer. With funding your loan, she was able to use 1,500,000 Riel ($400) to purchase a water machine to water her crop to make her crop more productive. The loan is very helpful to her and her crops are very good but she was sold her crops in a bad profit because the price was decreased during her crops were sold. In this case, her family conditions have not improved. Although the living conditions did not change, she still told us that she plans to ask another loan out from AMK to cultivate her crops again.

Mrs. Sros Khun and her family wanted to thank the Kiva Lenders for funding through AMK!
