Application Process

When Kiva hires to fill internship roles, we have some positions that require a specific skill set and others that fit into a more general pool. It is the Internship Program's responsibility to match your skills, experience, and interests with Kiva's team and project needs. Please apply to the general Kiva Internship job description unless you have a specific skill set that matches the individual internship roles posted online.

Due to the Internship Program's competitive nature, we recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible. We will review your application then match your skills and experiences to a particular departmental need at Kiva. Unfortunately, we will only be able to respond to people we wish to invite to a phone interview because we receive such a large number of applicants. For International Applicants (outside the U.S.), we encourage you to apply early while also understanding the visa requirements required of your home country to participate with an internship within the United States.
