Jorge started up his own grocery store business, where he sells staple consumer goods such as groceries, drinks, meat, sausages, etc. This business has been his source of income for 16 years, and it has enabled him to support his family. His wife helps him with the business, and they work together almost all day long. Jorge is very grateful to ODEF for the financing opportunity that they are providing him which will enable him to invest in his business. He is now requesting a loan for 25,000 Honduran lempiras to buy products that he lacks for his business, such as groceries, beans, flour, drinks, medicines, meat, and other basic household products. This will allow him to offer a greater variety of products to his customers. Jorge's goal is to continue to work in the business and increase his sales.
