FAQs on Contact Page

Kiva receives over 3,000 messages a month via our Contact Us form. Each case is read by one of our hard-working Community Support team members and receives a personal reply.

Now, after our recent update, people seeking help are presented with a list of Frequently Asked Questions related to various topics in the Contact Us form, in case any of these answers address their questions. We hope this will allow some people to find the information they are looking for more quickly and easily, without waiting for a response.

Improvements to Team Pages

We've revamped the lending team "About" page to better highlight team activity and improve the connection between fellow lenders and borrowers. We're excited about these community-driven changes, including larger photos, the ability to see all team members supporting a loan, and more information about loan status.
