We have faith in the ability of humans to make this a more perfect world. We teach our children that deed comes before creed. The Northern Virginia Ethical Society (NoVES) will raise money for our Kiva Basket, and once we get the project organized, the the youth of our Society will manage our portfolio and report periodically to the Society. We hope that the lessons that our youth will learn from this will stand them in good stead for the rest of their lives as their dedication to this activity will benefit others in the world.
About me:
Our prime directive is to act so as to bring out the best in others. By so doing we hope to bring out the best in ourselves. We engage our children in a variety of service activities to our community. In that regard, we can extend their experiences of serving to a worldwide community.
