Brenda Janeth Velasco Vásquez

Mrs. Brenda Janeth Velasco is a single mother, responsible for two small children, who rents her home. Rent continues to increase making it progressively more difficult to pay. She is negotiating a government loan to buy her own home but the value of the home is higher than the maximum loan she qualifies for due to her low salary. She is, therefore, asking for a loan to pay the difference so that she and her children can begin to build their own equity.

La señora Brenda Janeth Velasco es madre soltera y tiene bajo su responsabilidad a dos pequeños hijo y ambos viven en una casa rentada. El costo de la renta se ha incrementado y cada vez mas y es difícil para ella cubrir ese gasto. Por tal motivo está tramitando un préstamo para obtener su propia casa mediante un crédito Gubernamental. Sin embargo el valor de la vivienda es mayor que el crédito que puede recibir ya que su sueldo es bajo. Por ello está solicitando un préstamo para completar el valor de la vivienda y obtener así la casa que necesitan ella y sus hijos para un patrimonio seguro.
