Kiva Journal Update for Kak Phov Entrepreneur: Kak Phov Location: Phnom Penh City, Cambodia Kay Phov is a grocer who lives in Phnom Penh, Cambodia with her husband and two children. She is now more than halfway through repaying her Kiva loan of $1,200 via CREDIT. With that loan she was able to purchase more grocery products to increase the inventory of her stand and has increased her income by 50%. With her additional income, she continues to invest in her business as well as contribute to her family’s expenses, including the $.25 a day to send one of her children to go to school. She hopes to continue expanding her business in the future so that she can further support her family.
