Irshad Qurban Ali Group

Irshad baji is a wife of Qurban ali. She has lived in Kot Radha Kishan, Pakistan for the past 19 years. Her husband is a mason by profession. She is the mother of four children: three sons and one daughter. Her elder son works in a factory on monthly wage. The next son works as a salesman in a departmental store. The younger two are enrolled in school. Irshad baji sews clothes to earn an income. She sews clothes to improve the financial condition of her family, because she knows that her husband has a financial burden and his income is very little. Her husband appreciates her love and support. Irshad baji is applying for a loan to buy mason tools for her husband.

She is the group leader for two other women from her locality. Rashida baji and Sabra baji each want a loan to buy buffalos for their dairy businesses.

This is a group loan. The loan funds will be distributed among the group members, each of whom will invest in her own business. The members mutually guarantee one another's loans. If one member does not repay, the other members are responsible.
