Mrs. Uss Chea is a village president who has been selected by the members. She is a farmer who owns a small piece of land on which to cultivate rice to earn a living. In this plantation, she now faces a small problem because she does not have enough money to buy rice seeds to grow. So she decided to ask for a loan with which to buy them. In addition, she would use the rest of the loan to buy fuel to support the field and make her crop more productive. She is a 65-year-old widow with a child who is a construction worker, who can earn a small income to support the family.
Mrs. San Kek did not come to take a loan but her husband did, so he is presented in the picture instead.
