Celestina

Celestina is 37 years old and lives in her own house with her 14 year old son, Jhon. Her greatest wish is to give him a good education so that in the future he can become a capable professional person. Her days are devoted to traversing the streets of the city of Juliaca with her mobile stand. She goes out every morning to sell her sweets and snacks. She's a good saleswoman who's always able to convince her customers to take something home with them. She really enjoys her work because it gives her the freedom to attend to her household chores at whatever time she decides. She has been doing this work for 15 years and hopes someday to have a shop where she would be able to sell her products more peacefully and to offer better service to her customers. The thing she likes least about her work is having to endure the cold later in the day, and at times this causes her to become ill. In spite of that, Celestina strives to attain her goals and is ready to work hard to achieve them. This is the third loan that she has had with Microfinanzas PRISMA. She has always been very punctual with her payments and hopes to be the same with this one. She participates actively in her communal bank and always stays informed in the decisions of the other members. She will use the 3,000 New Sols that she is requesting to fix up her cart and to buy more merchandise for sale.

Celestina tiene 37 años, vive en su propia casa con su hijo Jhon de 14, y lo que más desea es poder darle una buena educación, para que en el futuro sea un profesional competente. Ella se dedica a recorrer diariamente las calles de la ciudad de Juliaca, junto a su carretilla, sale todas las mañanas a vender golosinas, y es muy buena vendedora, ya que siempre convence a sus clientes de llevarse algo a casa. Le gusta mucho su trabajo, porque le da la libertad de atender las tareas del hogar en el momento que ella decida, lleva 15 años en este negocio y espera tener más adelante una tienda, donde pueda vender sus productos con mayor tranquilidad y brindarle una mejor atención a sus clientes. Lo que menos le gusta de su trabajo es tener que soportar el frió que hace por las tardes, y a veces se enferma por eso; aun así Celestina persiste en la consecución de sus metas y está dispuesta a trabajar duro para conseguirlas. Es el tercer préstamo que tiene con MFP, siempre ha sido muy puntual en sus pagos y espera serlo ahora también, en su banco comunal participa activamente y siempre está al tanto de las decisiones a las que llegan las demás socias. Los tres mil nuevos soles que solicita le servirán para arreglar su carretilla y comprar más productos para vender.
