Tarcila

Tarcila is 50 years old and married, and lives with her three children, who help their mother with household expenses. Like every mother, she longed to give her children a good education. Since it was her top priority, she went to work every morning. But over the course of time her eldest son became aware of the need and was eager to work. When he graduated he used his savings from his work to install some internet stations in their house, giving his mother the opportunity to run her own business. The business is 6 years old now and she manages it happily. But her entrepreneurial spirit inspired her to install telephone booths beside the computers, which has helped her neighbors with their communications and increased her earnings. In the future, Tarcila would like to continue expanding her services, and would like to install a pharmacy in the corner of the house, since her daughters studied pharmacy and it would be an additional service to provide her neighbors. She's been working with MFP for four years, and this is her eighth loan. She feels very happy to be part of her communal bank, since she receives support from the organization and from the other members, who work together for the good of the whole group. With the requested sum, she will buy some computers, and will also invest 100 soles each in the maintenance of the computers she already has. She hopes in this way to improve the service she offers her customers.

La señora Tarcila tiene 50 años, es casada y vive con sus tres hijos quienes apoyan a su madre en los gastos de su casa. Como toda madre, anheló bien educar a sus hijos, lo cual fue su prioridad y por lo que cada mañana salía a trabajar, pero con el paso del tiempo su hijo mayor vio la necesidad y las ganas de trabajar de su madre y al graduarse utilizó los ahorros de su trabajo para instalar en su casa unas cabinas para el servicio de Internet, dando a su madre la oportunidad de administrar su propio negocio; negocio que ya tiene 6 años y en el que atiende muy alegremente. Pero su espíritu emprendedor la impulsó a instalar también un locutorio al costado de sus cabinas, el cual se convirtió en una ayuda de comunicación para sus vecinos y el incremento de sus ganancias económicas. Para el futuro Tarcila desea seguir ampliando sus servicios y anhela instalar una botica en la esquina de su casa, ya que sus hijas estudiaron farmacia y sería un servicio más que pueda brindar a sus vecinos. Hace 4 años que trabaja con MFP, este es su octavo préstamo, se siente muy contenta en formar parte de su banco comunal, pues ahí encontró el respaldo de la institución y de sus compañeras que unánimemente trabajan para el bienestar del todo el grupo. Con la cantidad que está solicitando comprará algunas computadoras, además, las que ya tiene requieren de mantenimiento e invertirá en cada una 100 soles. Con esto espera mejorar el servicio para sus clientes.
