Nelly

Nelly is 45, lives with her spous and two children in a rented house. For more than three years she has been dedicated to the sale of firewood, which started with logs and actually now is in large quantities becasue she has been able to locate contacts which provide her with trunks to cut them in large quantities. Every fifteen days she travels to acquire the trunks and contact the people who are in charge of cutting them into logs. Nelly plans to bring each time a larger quantity of firewood, and at this time is analizing the wayt o start another business to increase her income. It is the tenth time she has asked for a loan with MFP, she knows perfectly what the solidarity work in community banks involves, which is why she is very happy to be part of one. The amount she needs this time is to obtain more trunks, each trunk is valued at about 70 soles.

Nelly tiene 45 años, vive con su esposo y sus 2 hijos en una casa arrendada. Desde hace más de tres años se dedica a la venta de leña, empezó con pocas rajada (pedazos de leña) y actualmente ya reparte por cantidades porque ha logrado ubicar a contactos que le proveen de troncos para cortarlos en grandes cantidades. Cada 15 días viaja para adquirir los troncos y contratar al personal que se encargara de cortarlos en rajadas. Nelly planea repartir cada vez más cantidad de leña, y a su vez está analizando la forma de emprender otro negocio para el aumento de sus ingresos. Es la décima vez que solicita un préstamo con MFP, ella conoce perfectamente en qué consiste un trabajo solidario en los bancos comunales, por lo que está muy contenta de ser parte de uno. La cantidad que requiere esta vez es para adquirir troncos en mayor cantidad, cada tronco está valorizado en 70 soles.
