Laghn Savang is 47 years old and lives with his wife and six children in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Savang and his wife sell cosmetic products to factory workers in their village. Two of their children are garment factory workers and the other four attend school, but they help their parents with the family business when not at school. Savang and his wife hope to use part of the loan to expand their business and the remainder to repair their house to protect it from leaking during the rainy season. In the future, Savang hopes to expand his business and open a stall at the nearby market. Also, he hopes to some day build a house to rent to the garment workers in his village.
