Ghazala M. Arsh Group

Ghazala baji is a 31-year-old married woman and a citizen of Borewala, Pakistan for the past 31 years. She is married to a man named M. Arshad and he is a bus driver. Ghazala baji works in a decorative embroidery business. She prepares embroidered clothes with new designs. Ghazala baji has a very artistic mind. She always gives her dresses a new look which attracts a good number of customers. She is applying for a loan to buy an embroidery machine which will help her make new embroidered dresses.

She is the group leader of more women in her area. Nadeeman baji would like a loan to buy clothes for her clothes selling business. Niamatay baji would like a loan to repair her auto-rickshaw (a local three-wheeled motor vehicle). Ameena baji would like a loan to buy animals (goats) for her animal selling business. Jamila baji would like a loan to buy a buffalo for her milk selling business.

This is a group loan. The loan funds will be distributed among the group members, each of whom will invest in her own business. The members mutually guarantee one another's loans. If one member does not repay, the other members are responsible.
