Nanfuka Edith Group

Edith Nanfuka is 45 years of age. She is single and has six children ages 13 to 23 years. She rents a one room house where she stays with her children. Her greatest expense in a month is paying the tuition fees for her children.
Edith sells charcoal to earn a living for herself and her family. She works six days a week and does her business from the market. She has about twenty customers a day.

She has been a member of MCDT for four years and she has so far received eight loans. She has worked with her group for four years and she will use this loan to increase on her stock. Edith looks forward to expanding her business.




About Group Loans
In a group loan, each member of the group receives an individual loan but is part of a group of individuals bound by a group guarantee.
