Lucía is 45 years old, married, and lives with her husband and their three children. She has always enjoyed management and hoped to have her own prosperous business, and her dreams became reality eight years ago. With much effort and work outside the home, she was able to pull together enough money to install her own store in her home, and thanks to her good management skills it is still doing well. Every day she wakes up very early to do laundry and makes herself available for customer care, because mothers leave very early to do their grocery shopping. The difficult thing, however, is that the space is becoming smaller and smaller. In the future, she hopes to expand her store, which would be a great investment since her clients are very loyal and there are always new customers to serve. She has been working with MFP for six years. This is her 15th loan and she has always maintained good communication with her colleagues--their friendship forms a solid base for the group. With this money, she will buy a refrigerator so she can offer beverages this summer.

Lucía tiene 45 años, es casada y vive con su esposo y sus tres hijos en su casa propia. A ella siempre le agradó la administración y deseó tener un negocio propio que sea próspero el cual pueda administrar, y sus anhelos se hicieron realidad hace 8 años, cuando a base de mucho esfuerzo y de trabajar fuera de casa, pudo juntar el dinero necesario para instalar su propia tienda en su domicilio, la cual gracias a su buena administración marcha muy bien, pues todos los días se levanta muy temprano para hacer la limpieza del local y esté accesible para la atención desde muy temprano, debido a que las madres de familia salen muy temprano a realizar sus compras para la preparación de sus alimentos. Sin embargo, lo dificultoso es que el espacio se torna más pequeño cada vez, para el futuro desea ampliar su tienda, ya que sería una muy buena inversión, pues sus clientes son muy leales y siempre hay nueva clientela que atender de la mejor manera. Ella viene trabajando con MFP desde hace 6 años, este es su quinceavo préstamo y siempre pudo mantener una muy buena comunicación con sus compañeras, pues son muy buenas amigas lo que da la base sólida a su grupo. Con el dinero que solicita adquirirá una congeladora para ofrecer bebidas heladas este verano.
