Sinignessigui Group

The nine women of the group SINIGNESSIGUI are all married and average 26 years of age and 4 children. They live for the most part in traditional conjugal families in the village of ZANFINA (in KONOBOUGOU sub-prefecture, part of BAROUELI prefecture) in the SEGOU region, Republic of Mali. United by commercial ties, these women generally work in the same field, namely commerce in firewood.

In order to improve their business, they decided to join the loan program of the micro-finance institution Soro Yiriwaso, with which they are on their third group loan. The preceding ones have been repaid

The group members plan to use this loan to buy 15 tonnes of firewood with the cart drivers of WEREKELA who are going to chop some firewood in the forest of the aforementioned village. This wood is then sold retail in the city of Fana, cash or credit accepted, to customers composed of men and women.

With this loan, the group members intend to realize a profit of 30,000 francs CFA that will be used to increase their working capital.

Les neuf femmes du groupe SINIGNESSIGUI sont toutes mariées avec en moyenne 26 ans et 4 enfants. Elles vivent en majorité dans les familles conjugales traditionnelles dans le village de ZANFINA, sous préfecture de KONOBOUGOU, dans la préfecture de BAROUELI région de SEGOU république du Mali.
Unies par des relations commerciales, ces femmes font généralement la même activité à savoir le commerce du bois de chauffe.
Afin d’améliorer leur activité elles ont décidé d’adhérer au programme crédit de l’institution de microfinance Soro Yiriwaso avec qui elles sont à leur troisième prêt de groupe. Les précédents prêts ont été bien remboursés.
Avec ce prêt elles comptent acheter, 15 tonnes de bois de chauffe avec les charretiers de WEREKELA qui vont couper du bois de chauffe dans la forêt du dit village. Ces bois sont ensuite vendus dans la ville de Fana au comptant en détail et à crédit à une clientèle composée d’hommes et de femmes.
Ces femmes comptent réaliser avec ce prêt un bénéfice de 30 000 FCFA qui sera utilisé pour étoffer leur fonds de commerce.
