Fe Ibanez

Hard-working woman best describes Mrs. Fe. Ibanez, 40 years old, separated, and a resident of Talairon, Misamis Occidental. She has three children, one in college and two in high school. Twelve years has passed since she has been separated from her husband. She works hard to raise her three children. With the help of Paglaum Multi-Purpose Cooperative, she was able to start-up a “sari-sari” store (small grocery store) with an initial capital of PHP 3,000. It all started with "one"-- one bottle of edible oil, vinegar, soy sauce, etc. She has managed it well. Until now, the business has existed. Now, she is requesting a loan of PHP 10,000 to buy longaniza to sell. Her other source of income is through the selling of AVON and SME products. She will be happy and fulfilled if she sees all her children finish their studies.
