With two school-aged children to support and the obligation to provide for her home, Mrs. Dalia Pérez works hard to improve the living conditions of her children and she does this through improving her home. Her home is suffering from weather damage and is in danger of being further damaged.

Therefore she has decided to make home repairs and she is seeking a loan from Ceprodel for the money to buy construction materials. With this loan she and her children will benefit, and she needs it immediately so she can make her improvements to her home in Masaya city.
