Ana

vAt the age of 27 Ana is the mother of two small children, Jhon, 2 years, and Lizbeth, 9 months, and she has her own adobe house. She's working very hard to get ahead so she can give her children a better life.

Ana spends her days weaving sweaters, scarves, gloves, etc. She really enjoys weaving and she is very good at it. She sells her garments to clothing stores, where they sell very quickly, so they are in high demand. In the future she would like to have a store where she can sell her hand-woven clothing herself and increase her income. Even though she's been weaving for 9 years, she still finds it hard to add the fine details to her garments, no matter how hard she tries. Ana hopes to be able to provide her children a good education, and she longs for them to become professionals and useful members of society.

This will be her fourth loan with MFP and she's saving up to make her payments on time. She's very happy with her village bank and she doesn't want to cause the members any problems. She plans to use her loan to buy more wool to make additional garments. That will cost around 1500 soles, and if funds are short she'll draw from her personal savings.

A sus 27 años, Ana es madre de dos pequeños niños, Jhon de 2 años y Lizbeth de 9 meses, tiene una casa propia, la cual esta hecha de adobe, ella se esfuerza mucho para salir adelante y así darles a sus hijos una mejor vida. Tejiendo chompas, chalinas, guantes, etc, Ana pasa sus días. Ella disfruta mucho de tejer y lo hace con mucha habilidad, sus tejidos son comprados por tiendas de ropa, donde son vendidas con mucha rapidez, es por eso que tiene una gran demanda por las prendas que teje. Para el futuro de su negocio espera tener una tienda donde pueda vender ella misma la ropa que teje y así mejorar sus ingresos, aunque tiene 9 años de experiencia en esta actividad, todavía le sigue siendo difícil realizar los acabados a las prendas que hace, con todo el esfuerzo que realiza, espera poder darles unos buenos estudios a sus hijos y anhela que sean unos buenos profesionales útiles a la sociedad. Ana se encuentra en su cuarto préstamo con MFP y está ahorrando para pagar sus cuotas a tiempo, ya que no quiere causarle problemas a las socias de su banco comunal, donde se siente muy contenta. Con el dinero solicitado planea comprar más lana para confeccionar más prendas, lo que le costará alrededor de 1500 soles, lo que le falta para completar esta suma, lo sacará de sus ahorros personales.
