José Ponciano Rodríguez is finishing the construction of his home. He is making the roof, but he has plans to make it out of concrete so that it is more secure and durable. He is asking for a loan to buy materials because currently, he does not have the capital necessary to be able to carry out the improvement. He will not pay for labor, given that he dedicates himself to the construction of houses and in hours outside of his employment he will dedicate himself to the improvement. El señor José Ponciano Rodríguez esta terminado la construcción de su vivienda pero le esta haciendo el techo, pero tiene el proyectos de ponerlo de concreto para que sea mas seguro y duradero.
Este solicitando un préstamo para la comprar de material, porque en este momento no cuenta con el capital necesario para poder llevar acabo la mejora. Él no pagara mano de obra ya que se dedica a la construcción de casas y en horas adicionales a su empleo se dedicara a su mejora. (En la foto no aparece el señor José Ponciano si no su esposa la señora María Guadalupe Domínguez ya que él se encontraba trabajo).
