Fidencio Pérez Niavez

Fidencio Perez recently bought his house with a government loan, but now he needs to protect it by adding security gates on the doors and windows. He has taken out three loans with FVP, all of which he's repaid on time. He's applying for a loan so that he can make this improvement as soon as possible. He and his wife work all day and a daughter is there alone. He wants to make sure she's safe when they're not at home.

El señor Fidencio Pérez tiene poco tiempo que adquirió su vivienda por medio de un crédito gubernamental, pero le esta haciendo falta las protecciones de las puertas y ventanas.
Don Fidencio ya ha tenido tres créditos con FVP los cuales pago puntual mente. Está solicitando un préstamo para poder realizar esta mejora lo más pronto posible ya que él y su esposa trabajan todo el día, y en la casa solo esta una hija y quieren que este segura mientras ellos no se encuentren en la casa
