Flora

Flora is a member of the Los Viñedos Communal Bank. She is 54 years old and married. Her children are 26 and 22 years old and attend college. She has a videogame business for children and rents out a part of her house. She began with a grocery store in her mother-in-law’s house. Flora closed that business because she moved to another district and went to Argentina to work for a year. When she returned she established a videogame room. She began with two videogame consoles and now she has seven. Flora runs her business alone.

Through FINCA she found the opportunity to build her business and to have capital for the difficult times. Once she could not pay the monthly installment for her children’s schooling but with the savings that she had in the bank she was able to pay.

Flora needs a loan of 1000 soles in order to buy a hard disc for her Play Station and to buy new games for her videogame room. Flora’s dream is to construct a fourth floor onto her home and live from the rent that she would collect. Flora is planning for her old age because she does not have health insurance.

Flora es casada, tiene 54 años, dos hijos de 26 y 22 años que estudian en la universidad.
Tiene su negocio de video juegos para niños, y alquila una parte de su casa, empezó con una tienda de abarrotes en la casa de su suegra, la cerro por que se mudo a otro distrito, se fue a argentina a trabajar por un año, cuando regreso puso su salón de video– juegos, empezó con dos maquinas, ahora tiene siete maquinas para video juego, Flora administra su negocio sola.

En Finca, encontró la oportunidad para crecer en el negocio, y tener capital para los tiempos difíciles, un tiempo no podía pagar la mensualidad del colegio de sus hijos y con los ahorros que tenia en el Bancomunal pudo pagar.
Necesita un préstamo de 1000 soles, para comprar un disco duro para su play station y comprar nuevos juegos y surtir salón de video juegos.
El sueño de Flora es construir el cuarto piso de su casa y vivir de sus rentas, esta pensando en su vejez por que no tiene seguro.
