Hello! Our group is called Brillante Amenecer and the following people are members:
Sra. Sayra Reyes has for 20 years earned her living by selling cosmetics and plastic products and also for four years making baked goods. She lives in Union Libre with her husband who raises cattle. She has four dependent children. Her husband is responsible for the family expenses, and she contributes what small amount she can.
Sr. Andres Herrera has been a businessman for 20 years. His main business is a small convenience store, a common line of work in our society. He is single but is responsible for the education and daily expenses of his two siblings, plus the cost of food for his mother since his father has passed away. His mother was left without support, so Andres had to take over all the family’s food expenses.
Sra. Gloria de Jesus Cáliz is a businesswoman and has been operating a small convenience store for five years now. She lives in Union Libre and has three children who are still dependent on her. Her husband is a farmer and pays for household expenses. With the money that she earns from her store, Gloria covers her own personal expenses and as well helps her husband with household expenses. She also works hard to buy kitchen utensils and household electrical appliances, important things for the home--she has bought these out of the profits from the business.
Sra. Yeni Pavon worked selling cosmetics for many years, but as she is a single mother with a son who is completely dependent on her, the business did not supply enough income to provide for her family. She managed to obtain a small convenience store which greatly helps her to cover household expenses, so she now has two businesses. When she is out selling cosmetics, her son helps her with the store.
