Update for Fati Issah

Entrepreneur: Fati Issah
Location: Elmina, Ghana

Fati is married and the caretaker of three children. Two girls, who are going to secondary school, and a one year old Baby. She lives together with them and her husband, a carpenter, in a rented house.

Fati deals with different types of oil in the streets of Elmina. Everything in Elmina depends heavily on the fishing industry, so business can be very hard, even in the ‘lane-season’, when there is no fish to catch. To handle difficulties like this, Fati decided to take a loan from the Christian Rural Aid Network (CRAN). She was able to expand her stock and to buy in larger quantities.

A big dream of her and her family is, to own land and a house, so Fati saves some money on the side.

Fati thanks every lender very much, for giving her the chance to improve her business, which helps her to fulfill her dreams step by step.

About Christian Rural Aid Network:
