Togbé Atsou Tovignan, 33, is the father of two children. He has difficulty supporting himself and his family because he has no professional qualifications. Right now, he is employed by a company that maintains the streets. In order to earn more money, he would like to change his work and drive a motorcycle taxi in Lomé, a favorable job for people in his situation. Aujourd’hui il est employé dans une Société d’entretien des rues ;Pour gagner plus de l’argent, il prévoit changer d’activité pour conduire un taxi moto à Lomé, métier favorable à des gens de sa catégorie. Il va prendre les passagers au bord de la route et les déposer à leurs destinations dans la ville. Avec cette opportunité, Mr. Koffi espère acheter sa propre moto pour commencer son entreprise
