Update for Patience Amegashie

Entrepreneur: Patience Amegashie
Location: Cape Coast, Ghana

Patience lives with her children in her own house. All of her children are going to school, she herself received seven years of school.

Selling food and provision in the streets of Cape Coast is Patience’s daily bread. Competition is a big problem. To be able to handle financial problems easier, she decided to take a microloan from the Christian Rural Aid Network (CRAN). With the help of the loan she was able to extend her range of goods and now it is more easier for her to survive bad business times. Her profit increased.

She invests her profit in for the education of her child, pays the fees, buys books and uniforms. She also does susu-saving. She saves a little of her profit every month, which helps her to pay back her loan and to deal with other financial problems in her life, business.

See her children through school is Patience’s greatest dream.

She thanks every lender very much, for giving her the chance to improve her business, which is helping her to improve her life step by step.
