Ulices

Ulices is a member of the Community Bank "Strength and Power". Ulices lives with his partner and is 42 years old. He has three children aged 22, 15 and 9: his eldest son is studying at University and the younger two are at school. Ulices began by selling chicken, for several years, but he saw that there was a lot of competition and so decided to retire from this business and with the capital he had managed to save he bought a minibus, joined with several friends and founded a transport company "Town Unity" running various routes, but he works on route W. He is now driver of his own minibus, he likes his work and wants to carry on as long as he has strength to do so. With Finca he feels protected from any unforeseen circumstance because of the savings which he puts in the Community Bank and with the loans which they give. He likes the meetings despite the fact that the majority of attendees are women, and he has learnt from the talks that they give how to improve a business and how to give better service to his customers. Ulices' dream is to buy more modern vehicles for the business, that run on cheaper gas.

Ulices es conviviente tiene 42 años, tres hijos de 22, 15 y 9 su hijo mayor estudian en la universidad y los menores en el colegio. Ulices comenzó vendiendo pollo, por varios años, pero vio mucha competencia y decidió retirarse de ese negocio con el capital que había juntado se compro una couster se asocio con varios amigos y fundaron una empresa de trasporte “Unidad de Villa” pusieron varias rutas, pero él trabaja en la ruta W, actualmente es chofer de su propia custer, le gusta su trabajo y piensa seguir hasta que las fuerzas le den.
Necesita un préstamo de 800 soles para comprar los repuestos de su trasporte y hacerle mantenimiento a su custer.
En Finca se siente respaldado, ante cualquier imprevisto con los ahorros que se hace en el Bancomunal y con los prestamos que dan, le gustan las reuniones a pesar que la mayoría son mujeres, aprende de las charlas que dan sobre como llevar una empresa y darle mejor atención al cliente.
El sueño de Ulices es comprar carros más moderno para la empresa, que sean a gas por que es más económico.
