Café businesses are a flourishing business in Azerbaijan for the simple reasons that all people have lunch out of their offices and men of Azerbaijan like to spend time in cafés in the evenings. Azad has been running his cafe in the small village of Sabirabad for the past five years. He is a cook and finished a special cookery college course. He began his own stall with his hard-earned savings, as he had always wanted to be an entrepreneur. Slowly, he began to understand what people want to eat and now his menu consists of only five meals but they are most popular. Azad is a father of three young children who are in school. Like any father, he is doing all he can in order to ensure his children the best future and make them well educated. Now he needs a loan of US $1,200 in order to make improvements in his cafe.
