Yasser buys inventory for his store

Entrepreneur: Yasser
Location: Jib Jennine-bekaa, Lebanon

We visited Yasser at his store where he sells groceries and various household items. He used the loan proceeds to purchase inventory for his store.

In the future, Yasser hopes to expand by renting the neighboring store and offering a larger variety of items. The business is seasonal, with the winter months being the slowest. During the summer, business increases as tourists and Lebanese expatriates come for holiday.

Yasser's business is in Jib Jenin, in the south east of Lebanon. Jib Jenin is a small town in the Beqaa governorate, located in a region known for its vineyards. Lebanon is divided into six governorates.
