Corazon Trozo

Corazon Trozo, 49 years old, has four children. Her husband, a hog raiser, has been very supportive of her in her retail business. The PHP 1,000 she borrowed from a friend helped her get started in her business. The earnings she gained from it are what she uses to pay for the tuition fees for her children and in buying a one-hectare farm lot.

Corazon dreams of providing a better quality life for all of her children. As a mother, she is seeking the best life for them, like enabling them to graduate from college and to be employed in high paying jobs. Because of this, she was inclined to join the CEVI microfinancing program. She availed the loans and used it to improve her business.

Now that her children are studying, Corazon needs to earn more profit from her business. She is requesting a loan from CEVI to purchase additional goods in her store. In this way, she will have more sales and profit as well.
