Salia Goita

Mr. Salia Goita, 36, lives with his wife and their two children in Hamdallaye, a working-class neighborhood of the town of Sikasso (third administrative region of the Republic of Mali).

Mr. Goita, after having tried out a number of businesses without success, began his present tailoring business about 7 years ago. He learned the trade from one of the most talented master tailors of the town of Sikasso. He has his workshop in the new open-air market of Hamdallaye, on the side of the paved road. Mr. Goita is much in demand since his clientele recognizes the quality of his work.

In the hope of better satisfying the needs of his ever growing clientele, he decided to join the institution of micro-finance Soro Yiriwaso four months ago, and he is now on his first individual loan. With this loan he intends to purchase an embroidery machine.

With the loan he expects to make a monthly profit of 40,000 F CFA which will go toward supporting his family, making repayments on his loan, while investing any remainder back into his business.

Monsieur Salia GOITA est âgé de 36 ans et vit avec son épouse et leurs 2 enfants à Hamdallaye, un des quartiers populaires de la ville de Sikasso ( troisième région administrative de la république du Mali).
Monsieur Salia GOITA après avoir mené beaucoup d’activités sans succès, il s’est initié à cette activité de couture depuis maintenant sept (07) ans. Il a appris cette activité auprès d’un des maîtres tailleurs les plus talentueux de la ville de Sikasso. Il mène son activité au nouveau marché d’Hamdallaye, au bord du goudron où il dispose son atelier de couture. Monsieur GOITA est beaucoup sollicité par sa clienèle pour la qualité de ses services.
Dans le souci de mieux satisfaire sa clientèle de plus en plus croissante, Il décida d’intégrer l’institution de microfinance Soro Yiriwaso depuis maintenant quatre (04) mois avec qui il est à son premier prêt individuel.
Avec ce premier prêt, il compte acheter une (1) machine de brodérie.
Il envisage réaliser avec ce prêt un bénéfice mensuel de 40 000 FCFA qui sera utilisé pour contribuer aux dépenses familiales, payer les intérêts de son prêt et investir le reste dans son activité.
