Flor is 34 years old, is a single mother, and lives with her three children. Se dedica a la venta de comida en la calle desde hace 3 años y su buena sazón en la preparación de alimentos hace que las personas regresen a consumir sus deliciosos platos, los cuales ofrece a precios módicos. Además, Flor trata de brindar a sus clientes la mejor atención posible para asegurar su fidelidad e incrementar sus comensales, y por ende sus ingresos. Lo pesado de su labor es tener que levantarse muy de mañana y preparar todo lo necesario para luego salir a vender. Es una clienta nueva en MFP, y desea seguir trabajando con este grupo de socias a las cuales esta integrándose. Flor invertirá en la compra de vitrinas, que faciliten su trabajo y capten la atención de las personas para poder consumir sus platillos.
