Maria Elena Garcia Reyes

Maria Elena is 37 years old, she is married and has a 13 year old son who is in high school. Her husband works and helps her with the household expenses. Maria Elena is a responsible person, she is a good mother and wants to giver her son a worthy and proper home. She currently rents and wants to get out of this situation since she cannot make improvements to the room that she lives in as it does not belong to her. With the previous loans that she received she bought a plot of land and a portion of the construction materials. With this third loan she wants to erect walls and build a roof. She plans that in the future, when she has paid this loan, she will continue with others until the construction of her own home is complete. It has been her life long dream that her son have stability and not move from place to place because the owners of the homes where she currently lives can ask her to leave at any time.

La Sra. Maria Elena, casa, de 37 años de edad, con un hijo de 13 años estudiando la secundaria, su esposo trabaja y le ayuda con los gastos del hogar. Maria Elena es una persona responsable, buena madre y desea darle un hogar digno y propio a su hijo, ya que ella en estos momentos alquila y quiere salir de esa situacion pues en el cuarto que habita no puede realizar ninguna mejora porque no es de ella, con los creditos anteriores compro un terreno y parte de los materiales de construccion, con este 3er credito quiere levantar paredes y poner techo; plantea que en un futuro cuando haya cancelado este credito continuara con otros hasta lograr la construccion completa de su propia vivienda que han sido los sueños de toda su vida para que su hijo tenga estabilidad y no estar de un lugar a otro, porque los dueños de las casas donde habita actualmente le pueden pedir en cualquier momento desaloje el cuarto.
