Gaviotas Group

Weaving and hand embroidery of sweaters for adults and children is one of the most common activities within the "Gaviotas" (Seagulls) association, which works in the center of Villa Tejada. In addition to this activity, some people also embroider tablecloths and sew macrame. All of the married women have found in Pro-Mujer the opportunity to create small businesses that allow them to earn sufficient income to support their families. El tejido Y bordado, a mano de chompas, para adultos y niños, es una de las actividades mas comunes dentro la asociación “Gaviotas” que trabaja en el centro focal de Villa Tejada. Además de esta actividad algunas también se dedican al bordado de manteles y tejido en macramé, Todas casadas han encontrado en Pro-Mujer la oportunidad de crear pequeños negocios, que les permite obtener ganancias suficientes para el sustento diario de sus familias.
La asociación Gaviotas desea ampliar sus ventas con el fin de obtener mayores ganancias, para esto precisa mayor capital para la compra de prima.
