Yaroslav is married with two children. Their family lives in Uzhgorod, Western Ukraine. Yaroslav worked in construction and developed a passion for that work. Today he owns a manufacturing and processing workshop where he makes wooden windows and doors for local resorts. His processing machines make his business more efficient. He also uses his shop to repair cars, another source of income. His business provides jobs for ten employees, which is very important during these times of financial crisis and unemployment in the Ukraine.

Yaroslav is seeking a 5000 Grivna (about $875) loan to purchase all necessary raw materials for a reconstruction project in the mountain resort town of Tyachiv. One of Yaroslav’s biggest dreams is to generate enough income to afford to take his whole family for a vacation.
