Glendise

Glendise is a member of the Tulipanes (“Tulips”) Village Bank.

Glendise is 38 years old and married with three children. Glendise travels to different regional markets (she used to travel to two different markets, but now travels to four) to sell various fruits and to buy cheese, grains, garlic and chickens. She grinds the grains into flour, which she then sells wholesale in different markets in the city of Ayacucho. She sells the other products door-to-door. Glendise needs a loan of 2000 Soles to buy wheat, broadbeans, quinoa and garlic.

Glendise’s dreams are to build her own home, to buy a car to transport her wares, and to send her children to school.

Glendise es casada, tiene 38 años y 3 hijos, Glendise viaja a las diferentes ferias de la región, anteriormente viajaba a 2 ferias y actualmente viaja a 4 ferias, en donde vende frutas variadas y de las ferias compra quesos, cereales, ajo y gallinas, sus productos los vende de casa en casa y los cereales los procesa en harinas y lo vende por mayor en los diferentes mercados de la ciudad.
Glendise necesita un préstamo de 2000 soles dinero que será invertido en la compra de trigo, haba, quinua y ajo.
Los sueños de Glendise son construir su casa, comprar un carro para transportar sus productos y que sus hijos estudien.
