Lilia De Guzman

A united family with love as their foundation, Lilia De Guzman and her family live in a barangay which is considered as the largest supplier of rice in Tumauni, Isabela because of its wide agricultural land. Lilia is married to Arnulfo, a responsible husband who works as a farmer. The couple has three children: Hobert – 28 years old, high school graduate; Ofelia – 26 years old, college graduate and Angelo – 24 years old high school graduate. Two of whom are already married.

Lilia and her husband are engaged in farming. But aside from their rice field, the couple is also planting vegetables in their farm and backyard for their food supply. She hopes to borrow PHP 15,000 to help them in the maintenance of their business. In this way, they do not have to borrow from traders with high interest.

In order to generate more income and support the basic needs of their family, Lilia sometimes work as a farm laborer when she is not busy in their own farm.

She dreams of having a better life in the future. For her to reach her dreams, Lilia is patiently waiting for the right time and is diligent in helping her husband in the farm.
