For almost 22 years, Rudy has been in the farming business. He is now 47 years old, married and has two children: Rudylyn – 21 years old, a college graduate and Rudy Mar – 11 years old, still at the elementary level. Their house is located in Barangay San Vicente in the province of Quirino, Isabela and it is considered a hilly place. The main products in their town are corn, rice, and tobacco. Vegetables are mostly planted in the backyards of the residents.

Rudy is in need of financial assistance to maintain his .8 hectare of rice and corn field. For this, he is asking if he can have a loan of PHP 10,000.00. This loan is not enough to cover all his needs but he chose to borrow a smaller amount to make sure that he can pay it back on time. Some of the things that he would like to purchase are fertilizer and hybrid seeds for his rice field.

He will do his best in order for his business to become profitable and provide for the immediate needs of his family. According to Rudy, he should work and work and work in order to become progressive.

Rudy Gilo acquired the needed feritilizer and diesel for his farming business Entrepreneur: Rudy Gilo Location: Isabela, Philippines The loan received by Rudy Gilo was used to purchase seven bags of fertilizer, 100 liters of diesel (used for the water supply and cultivation of his rice field), and insecticides for his crops and as payment for his laborers. Rudy is so thankful because the loan has really been a great help to their family. He promised to give his best to really improve his business. He wants to extend his gratitude to those who helped him in getting the needed money.
