Albertina José Malate

Albertina José Malate is a native of the district of Zavala in the province of Inhambane in the south of Mozambique. She is 47 years old, a widow, and the mother of 6 children. The oldest is 31 and the youngest is 12 years old and is in the 6th grade. Besides her children she also supports two grandkids who live with them.

Albertina studied until the 6th grade and stopped to stay home because she was pregnant. In 1976 she went home, and to increase her household income she would transact a little business selling traditional drinks (home made).

Albertina has made a living from her business for more than 20 years where right now she is focusing on selling chickens. She acquires a box of 12 chickens for 750MT and sells the box for 1,000MT. She does not have any employees. She lives in her own home. This is her first loan with Hluvuku and also with Kiva.

Albertina intends to pay this loan off before the term so she can solicit another loan to use to improve her living conditions.

Albertina José Malate é natural distrito de Zavala, província de Inhambane ao sul de Moçambique, tem 47 anos de idade, viúva e mãe de 6 filhos, onde o mais velhos tem 31 anos de idade e o mais novo tem 12 anos de idade e estuda na 6ªclasse. Para alem dos filho sustenta dois netos que vive com eles.

Albertina Estudou até 6ªclasse e parou para ir ao lar dado que estava grávida, em 1976 vai a lar e para aumentar a renda da casa fazia pequenos negócios de vende de bebidas tradicionais ( fabrico caseiro)

Albertina vive de negocio a mais de 20 anos, onde neste momento dedica se a venda de frangos, qual adquira uma caixa de 12 frangos por 750,00mt e vende a caixa por 1000,00mt, não tem empregados. Vive numa casa própria. Este é o primeiro empréstimo na Hluvuku e no Kiva.

Albertina pretende pagar antes do tempo para solicitar outro empréstimo afim de melhorar as suas condições habitacionais.
